Exercising is one form of stress coping mechanism. We have yoga sessions where we learn to listen to our bodies and exercise it. Persons living with epilepsy are able to cope better through yoga.

Yoga is offered for one hour after the lessons of the young people in training. The young people find that
yoga helps them to relax, have a better concentration; strengthens their self-confidence and stimulates
teamwork.

Yoga also strengthens their physical stability and even a reduction in the number of attacks
has been noted.
