Exercise is a great way to make ourselves feel better, to boost our self-esteem and sometimes it can even reduce the number of epilepsy seizures. Therefore we weekly offer the Movers Yoga on Monday and Tuesday from 2-3 pm in Nairobi West. Yoga helps us to connect the mind, body and soul, and to feel more comfortable in our body.
